T-WALL is a prefabricated structural component, which can be used to construct exterior and interior partition walls, as well as modular building components (i.e. hotel guest rooms).

It’s a very versatile system that will allow our customers to create optimal solutions for their needs, from the building shell to turnkey rooms. Our engineering team, using 3D BIM (Building Information Modeling), is able to interface with other MEP modeling applications to coordinate designs so as to eliminate conflicts and delays before they occur.

Using state of the art Cold Formed Framing machines, we laminate and produce our own metal studs and track in required sizes and gauges. These advanced steel systems are 100% recyclable, and fire, warp, and rot-resistant. The manufacturing process yields less than 1% waste during production, 0% waste during installation, and results in a higher quality and precision product due to the controlled production environment.

This sophisticated approach enables stakeholders to predetermine all elements of the project before the construction process even begins, drastically reducing material waste, fuel consumption, and the overall ecological footprint during construction.
